Why Train with Me?
Callie Drozinski | AUG 19
There are a lot of workout plans, fitness apps, and personal trainers available today.
So why train with me?
My personal training program is designed to do more than give you a list of exercises and hope you follow through. I want to help you create real change in your body, your habits, your mindset, and your life.
Here are three things that make my approach different.
We all know that results don't come from one good workout.
They come from what you do consistently.
That's why accountability is such an important part of my program.
When you train with me, I'm not just waiting to see you once a week and wondering what happened the rest of the time. Through the app, I can see your workouts, your activity, and the goals you're working toward.
More importantly, you know that someone is paying attention.
If you're having a great week, I'll celebrate with you.
If life gets busy and you're struggling to stay consistent, that's when the coaching matters most.
We'll look at your week, make a plan, and figure out how to keep moving forward.
Because not every day will be perfect. But every day can still matter.
The goal isn't perfection. It's learning how to make choices that move you closer to your goals, even in the middle of a busy, imperfect life.
I don't believe in handing every client the same workout plan.
Your body is different. Your goals are different. Your experience is different.
That's why your training plan is built around you.
I take into account your current fitness level, goals, past injuries, schedule, and what your body needs to make progress. As you complete workouts and give me feedback, I continue adjusting your plan and progressing your training.
This isn't about doing more exercise just for the sake of being tired.
It's about following a plan with purpose.
And when you consistently follow the plan, you can begin seeing changes quickly.
Some of my clients have lost inches within their first month of training. But the scale isn't the only measure of progress.
You may notice your clothes fitting differently. You may feel stronger. You may have more energy. You may discover that movements that once felt difficult are becoming easier.
Those changes add up.
The goal is to create measurable progress while building habits that will help you maintain your results long after the program ends.
For many women, getting healthy isn't just about knowing what exercises to do.
Sometimes there are deeper reasons we struggle to care for ourselves.
Stress, grief, difficult experiences, and past trauma can affect the way we think about our bodies and the way we show up for ourselves.
My own experiences taught me that healing can involve both the mind and the body. Therapy and Christ-centered movement played an important role in my personal healing journey, and learning to strengthen my body helped me feel more capable and confident.
That's why Move By Faith takes a whole-person approach.
Through movement, coaching, education, Scripture, and conversations about mindset, I want to create a space where you can care for both your physical health and your inner life.
Personal training is not therapy, and it doesn't replace professional mental health support. But movement can be a meaningful part of caring for yourself, processing stress, and reconnecting with your body.
My hope is that this becomes a place where you stop fighting against your body and begin learning how to care for it.
My program is designed for the woman who is ready for more than another set of workouts.
You want accountability that helps you follow through.
You want a personalized plan designed to help you see real progress.
And you want to care for your body without ignoring your mind, your faith, or the experiences that have shaped you.
That is what we do together.
We make each day matter.
We train with purpose.
And we work toward becoming stronger in body, mind, and faith.
If you're ready to stop starting over and start moving forward, I would love to help you reach your goals.
